Ryan Gosling

Watched Crazy, Stupid, Love last week and now have an enormous crash on Ryan Gosling. Can't wait for the George Clooney directed The Ides of March and Nicolas Winding Refn's (how do you pronounce this surname?) Drive - according to IMDb, both these films are out in Singapore on 3 November 2011, what a great birthday present! I hope the dates are accurate.

Striped jumper for Yukai

Here's a jumper & socks I knitted last year.



And here's Yukai wearing the jumper at 3 years 3 months - he'll be 5 this year, so fast!

Scarf

Today seems to be a scarf day.

Here are two very different scarves I knitted for my frens.

1st up, a scarf I knitted for Joanna 2 years ago. I started knitting it 3 years ago and took an entire year to complete it...



This 2nd scarf was a doddle to knit - it turned out very nicely and I enjoyed knitting it very much.

snood

Here's a snood that I knitted for Tricia who sent me these fotos of her wearing it in three different ways.
A snood is a circular scarf.

Gansey jumper for Reika

Here's a wool jumper I knitted for my niece which she wore when I visited her in Hong Kong during Christmas.



The pattern on the jumper is really easy and satisfying to knit - just simply knit and purl stitches.

Scarf for Ruth

Here's a scarf I knitted for Ting for her birthday in October.
